Taqueria California- Windsor

I'm from So Cal and have had a hard time finding a legitimate Mexican food spot. Hands down this is the most authentic and delicious place in area. Annie the owner and her staff go above and beyond for the customers and that's why I drive the extra 7 miles to get the best Mexican food around. Thank you Annie and staff for making me feel at home!

I've eaten here multiple times, dining in and take out, and only have amazing things to say about this Mexican Restaurant. The outside is unassuming, although as soon as you walk in you are met with friendly faces and the staff are all so nice and welcoming. It's a casual place to relax and enjoy an amazing meal. The menu is extensive, which I love. I also personally love that there are lots of pictures so you can visualize what you are getting. The service was quick both when I've gotten things to go and when I've dined in the restaurant. My go-to is the vegetarian burrito. It is so flavorful and delicious! It's large in portion and it's enough for me to have leftovers for lunch the next day. I'm looking forward to branching out and trying some of their other menu items because there is so much on the list that looks delicious that I want to try!

The food was great. the service was excellent. I got the shrimp cocktail, which was amazing. Tried there asada taco they were perfect to drink got a Michelada was excellent and for dessert stuff churros highly recommended if in the area

Absolutely phenomenal. The al pastor tacos leave me awe-striken with every bite; succulent, tender meat seasoned perfectly with a subtle sweetness and hint of spices. The rice & beans are soft and delicious, a perfect side to these tasty tacos. Outstanding! The restaurant is very clean, with a cool temperature and a pleasing atmosphere. I am just passing through, but I will make the drive to this town just for this food in the future -- it's worth it.

It was our first time there. We wanted a quick dinner before shopping at Walmart that is in the same shopping center. The place had nice tables and chairs with easy viewing of the soccer game on tv. The food was great with large portions. We took half home with us. We will be coming back again.
